Welcome to Badalah! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Badalah platform (the “Platform”), which connects home business owners with customers across the UAE.
By registering or using Badalah (via website or mobile app), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Badalah. Vendors must own or operate a registered home business in accordance with UAE regulations.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
If you register as a vendor, you agree to:
Sell only lawful, non-prohibited items.
Ensure product listings are accurate and not misleading.
Fulfill orders in a timely and professional manner.
Comply with all applicable laws, including home business licensing and consumer protection laws in the UAE.
Customers agree to:
Use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Not misuse the app or engage in fraudulent behavior.
Leave fair and respectful reviews based on genuine experiences.
Badalah may charge commission or service fees on vendor sales. These will be clearly communicated in advance.
Payment transactions are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. Badalah does not store credit card information.
All content (text, images, logos, etc.) on Badalah is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without explicit permission.
Vendors retain rights to the content they upload but grant Badalah a license to use it for marketing and promotional purposes.
Badalah reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
Modify or discontinue the platform at any time without notice.
Remove any content that violates policies or is deemed harmful.
Badalah is not liable for:
Issues between customers and vendors (e.g., delivery delays, product quality).
Losses resulting from unauthorized account access.
Temporary interruptions or bugs in the platform.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Badalah may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or app notifications. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
