At Badalah, we connect customers with independent home business vendors. As a mediator, Badalah does not sell or fulfill orders directly. All cancellations are subject to vendor-specific policies, but the following general rules apply across the platform to ensure fairness and clarity for both parties.
Customers may request to cancel an order before it is processed or shipped by the vendor.
Go to your order in the Badalah app or website.
Contact the vendor immediately through the in-app chat.
Request cancellation with a reason.
Note: Cancellations are not guaranteed and depend on the vendor’s policy and order status.
Vendors may cancel an order in cases such as:
Product is out of stock or unavailable.
Delivery is not possible due to external reasons.
The customer provided incomplete or incorrect order details.
Vendors must notify the customer promptly and provide a full refund if applicable.
Badalah does not cancel orders on behalf of vendors or customers, but may:
Review and mediate unresolved disputes related to cancellations.
Take action against vendors who repeatedly cancel confirmed orders without valid reasons.
Encourage timely communication to avoid unnecessary cancellations.
Vendors may choose to apply a cancellation fee if the item is custom-made or has already been partially prepared.
Any such fee must be clearly disclosed in the vendor’s policy.
Badalah does not charge any cancellation fees as a platform.
Orders may not be eligible for cancellation if:
The item has already been shipped or delivered.
The product is custom-made, perishable, or labeled as final sale.
The vendor’s policy explicitly states that cancellations are not accepted.
